Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the cck444 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cck444 ("cck444", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the cck444 website, mobile interface, games, betting services, promotions, and any other features accessible via cck444.onl ("the Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, participating in any game or promotion, or using any service offered by cck444, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
IMPORTANT: If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the cck444 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
cck444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The cck444 Platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years and above. It is a criminal offence to allow persons under the age of 21 to participate in gambling activities. By using this Platform, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
To be eligible to register and maintain an account with cck444, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
- Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not be a resident of or accessing from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- Not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by cck444 or any third-party responsible gambling body.
- Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a cck444 employee or contractor.
- Provide accurate and truthful personal information during the registration process.
cck444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate . Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings generated will be voided and forfeited.
Each player may hold only one registered account with cck444. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
Clause 3.1
Registration Information
You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, active mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly if any details change.
Clause 3.2
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. cck444 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and enabling any available two-factor authentication. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. cck444 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cck444 immediately at [email protected].
Clause 3.3
Account Verification (KYC)
cck444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before your first withdrawal, when cumulative deposits reach certain thresholds, or at any other time at cck444's reasonable discretion. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
cck444 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer methods including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.
Clause 4.1
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within minutes, depending on the payment method used. cck444 does not charge any transaction fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
All deposits must be made from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and the transaction reversed where possible.
Clause 4.2
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within 12 hours of submission. VIP-tier members receive priority processing within 2–4 hours. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
cck444 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Requests that fail verification checks will be held pending resolution. cck444 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched.
Clause 4.3
Currency and Exchange
All account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). cck444 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Where a payment is initiated in a different currency, conversion will occur at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction and cck444 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
cck444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Clause 5.1
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed from the account.
Clause 5.2
Bonus Abuse
cck444 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using systematic low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, colluding with other players, or exploiting errors in promotional mechanics. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance and associated winnings voided, and their account may be permanently suspended.
Clause 5.3
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. cck444 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not disadvantage players who have already activated the relevant bonus in good faith.
All bets placed on the cck444 Platform are subject to the rules of the individual game or betting market, as well as the general principles set out below. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the relevant game or market rules.
Clause 6.1
Bet Placement and Confirmation
A bet is only valid and binding once you have received on-screen confirmation from the Platform that the bet has been accepted. cck444 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started or concluded, where such placement was made possible due to a technical error or system delay.
Clause 6.2
Palpable Errors
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or with game parameters that are clearly erroneous — whether due to a human error, system fault, or data feed issue — cck444 reserves the right to void the affected bet or correct the odds to their true market value. This includes but is not limited to: odds that are significantly out of line with the market, incorrect match data, or duplicated event listings.
Clause 6.3
Disconnection and Technical Faults
cck444 uses industry-standard infrastructure to ensure platform availability. In the event of a disconnection during a live game or bet, cck444's server records shall be the definitive record of the state of play at the time of disconnection. cck444 accepts no liability for losses arising from network issues on the player's side, including but not limited to mobile data interruptions, Wi-Fi dropouts, or device failures.
By using the cck444 Platform, you agree to abide by the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
Provide Accurate Information
You must provide truthful and accurate information at registration and keep it up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
No Fraudulent Activity
You must not engage in fraud, money laundering, collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software (bots), or any other activity intended to gain an unfair advantage. cck444 monitors all account activity and will report suspicious behaviour to relevant authorities where required.
Maintain Account Security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. cck444 will treat all activity carried out using your credentials as authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a suspected breach.
Use Your Own Payment Methods
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Use of third-party bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank accounts to fund your cck444 account is strictly prohibited and may result in funds being frozen pending investigation.
Play Responsibly
You acknowledge that gambling carries a risk of financial loss and that you are wagering funds you can afford to lose. You agree to use the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.
Comply with These Terms
You agree to comply with these Terms, any game-specific rules published on the Platform, and any reasonable instructions issued by cck444 support staff. These Terms take precedence over any verbal or informal representations made by cck444 personnel.
All content on the cck444 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, software, game content, text, graphics, images, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of cck444 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence in respect of any intellectual property owned by or licensed to cck444.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, transmit, republish, display, or create derivative works from any cck444 content without express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of cck444's intellectual property may result in legal action.
Clause 9.1
Platform Availability
cck444 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, power failures, or telecommunications disruptions.
Clause 9.2
Exclusion of Consequential Loss
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cck444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes any loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or opportunity cost, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if cck444 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Clause 9.3
Cap on Liability
Where cck444's liability cannot be wholly excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
cck444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to cck444 or other players.
Where an account is closed by cck444 for a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of bonuses and voided winnings will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting cck444 support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform support so that appropriate self-exclusion measures can be applied immediately.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between you and cck444 shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with standard commercial arbitration rules.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact cck444 support at [email protected] and allow a minimum of 30 days for the matter to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. cck444's complaints handling team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

In summary, cck444 offers the following responsible gaming features to all registered players: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, temporary self-exclusion, and permanent self-exclusion. All requests for self-exclusion are actioned within 24 hours of receipt and are irrevocable for the period selected by the player.

Clause 13.1
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and cck444 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.
Clause 13.2
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
Clause 13.3
Waiver
No failure or delay by cck444 in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right. A waiver of any breach of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Clause 13.4
Language
These Terms are drafted and shall be interpreted in the English language. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
